NPS (Net Promoter Score) Dashboard
💢 This is a simple all purpose NPS Dashboard which allow you to easily apply to any NPS topic. The Dashboard structure and formula doesn’t have any specific link to any form of raw data (data table).
📝 Our NPS Dashboard is easy to use. Just input a few data and the formula will automatically calculate everything. It generates a beautiful dashboard, providing insights within minutes.
Follow these 3 easy steps to get your NPS Dashboard looks fantastic!
1. Fill monthly and annually NPS Target
2. Fill count of each score rating in each month
3. Fill narrative comments (Top compliment & Top complaints) for each month as needed
There are buttons where you can conveniently select month for monthly dashboard.
General Info Easy setup, user-friendly, formulas and template colors are customizable. The template is not locked, does not have a password, and does not contain VBA, making it easy to customize. Based on original structure, it can be utilized for 1 year – then you will need to copy a new file for the next year. However, if you have raw data sheet or want to utilize it for multiple years, you can add the formula according to your need. Please noted that adjusting or adding data structure/formula/etc. doesn’t include in the template price but we do have a customization service, please contact [email protected] for quotation.
Note:
The template is designed to be simple, beautiful and easy to use. Easy to maintain, no VBA (some companies block the use of VBA, so we avoid adding VBA). You can customize everything as needed.
The price stated is for ready-made templates only (layout, graph, formulas, data structure) not including setup employee data and any additional modifications.
The graph may move slightly depending on each computer setting/specification. This can be fixed simply by moving the object as usual method. Recommended to use with Excel 2019 and above 
The minimum that can be used is Excel Version 2013 However, with version 2013 and 2016, the stability of the application will not be as good as the newer versions.
