This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Sweet Excel (“We”) collects, uses and discloses personal information (“Personal Data”) that you (“User” or “You”) provide for your use of the Sweet Excel website and such products or services (collectively referred to as the “Website” or the “Service”) to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2019

Information We Collect Automatically
when you visit the Sweet Excel website, our servers automatically record the information sent by your browser. Use and processing of collected personal data

Some of the information that we have collected is obtained directly from you through the Sweet Excel website. Overseas transmission or transfer of personal data and storage
Depending on your location, transmission or transfer of information may involve the transfer and storage of information to a country other than your country. If any transmission or transfer occurs you can check the relevant sections of this document or inquire with us using the information we provide in the contact section.

Your usage data is stored securely in Singapore. The main infrastructure is hosted in Singapore. We have complied with the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand 2019 and have granted the right to request as required by law.

Although some personal data is hosted outside Thailand, we continue to take appropriate data protection measures and select data centers that meet the highest standards in terms of protection and availability. Because we cannot find any data center in Thailand that meets our requirement, we therefore need to host our core infrastructure in Singapore.

User rights
You can exercise certain rights that you have in relation to your data processed by us. You have the following rights: (1) You have the right to withdraw your prior consent to the processing of your data. However, the revocation of such consent will not affect the collection, use or disclosure personal data for which you have previously lawfully given consent. (2) You have the right to object to the processing of data that has been processed by reference to legal bases other than the basis of consent. (3) You have the right to know your data has been processed by us. (4) You have the right to verify the accuracy of your data and request us to correct your personal data so that such personal data is accurate and up-to-date. (5) You have the right to suspend the processing of your data, in that case we will not process your data other than just storing it. (6) You have the right in certain circumstances to request that we delete your personal data from our storage. (7) You have the right to request your personal data in a format that can be read or usable by a working tool or device and (where applicable). We send or transfer personal data in such format to another data controller when can be done with such method. This right is only possible if your data is processed automatically and is processed on the basis of consent, on the basis of the contract that you are a party to or before entering into the contract; and (8) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant legal authority if you believe that the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information acts in a way that violates or does not comply with relevant laws.

A user’s request to exercise any of his or her rights may be made by requesting to us through the contacts provided by us under this document. This exercise of user rights is free of charge and will be processed as soon as possible by us.

Billing and Payment
We use third-party payment processors to help us process your payment information securely. The use of your personal data by such third party processors is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not have the privacy protections protected by this policy. We therefore recommend that you review the respective privacy policies of that individual or services.

Service providers in products and services

We may enter into contracts with other companies to provide certain products or services. These service providers are not permitted to use or disclose your personal information other than as necessary to perform the service on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. Minor Privacy
We do not collect information from minors under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit your personal information through the Sweet Excel website or services. We advise guardians to monitor the use of the internet by minors and assist in enforcing this Policy by directing minors not to submit personal information to the Sweet Excel website or the Services without permission.

However, we cannot guarantee transmission over the internet or wireless networks. Data Leak
