Basic Information
Template is suitable for small and medium-sized company.
Supports up to 4 levels of company structure: Division -> Department – >Section -> Position
10 Divisions 45 Departments
1 Division can have a maximum of 15 Departments, but altogether can have 45 Departments maximum. 75 Sections 1 Department can have a maximum of 20 Sections, but altogether can have 75 Sections maximum. 150 Positions Department/Section can have a maximum of 30 Positions, but altogether can have 150 Positions maximum. 1,500 Employee Records Number of employee consideration:
You should also keep in mind count of all recording (resigned, current, new employees). For example, with 300 current employees, there will be room left to record another 1,200 new employee records. If an average of 10 people enter and exit per month, it can be used for another 10 years without having to modify the formula or remove old data.
If exceed 1,500 record, you can edit the formula yourself or remove old data in order to continue recording.

The template is designed to be simple, beautiful and easy to use. Easy to maintain, no VBA (some companies block the use of VBA, so we avoid adding VBA). You can customize everything as needed. Initially, there is a Setting page provided.

The graph may move slightly depending on each computer setting/specification. This can be fixed simply by moving the object as usual method.If the computer does not have the font that is set in the template, the display on your screen will not match the picture 100%. If you are not sure about the font, you can inquire font name by email or Facebook page: sweetexcelbymd. However, most of our templates use the font that comes with Microsoft Office 365.
